It is pertinent to note that invested fund of ₦5,000,000.00 and above is back up with a landed property document and Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U) to act as guarantee for the security of your investment within the duration of your fund invested.
The maturity life span of our property investment initiatives is Eleven (11) months with an option of a roll-over by choice. The return on investment is Fifty Percent (50%)of your principal invested fund.
